We do not claim our meal programs, products, or services will alleviate, heal or cure any ailment or symptom. The content of this website and any product or service Hello Green offers are most definitely not meant to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any ailment, and should not be a substitute for seeking medical consultation if required. Any information that you find on this website, receive from our employees, suppliers, or agents by phone, email, social media or other communication channel, or obtain through contacts you make through Hello Green directly or indirectly, should be verified with your doctor. We implore you to consult your doctor with any specific health questions or ailments you may have. Hello Green kitchen facilities process and regularly use nuts. We do our best to accommodate allergies, but do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies. We ensure the highest level of food quality during preparation & delivery, and strive to accommodate any dietary preferences.
It’s important to put your Hello Green meals and perishable items in the refrigerator when you receive them for later consumption. We do not use any preservatives and our products have a short shelf life. By purchasing the Hello Green meals or meal plans, you agree to properly and promptly refrigerate all meals until you plan to eat them. Although all of our food is fresh (and preservative-free, chemical-free, etc.), it will go bad if not properly taken care of.
Welcome to the website ("Site") of Hello Green. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Hello Green”). Please review the following terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Agreement"). If you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should immediately stop using our Site. We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Such will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be posted as a modified agreement on the Site or sent out via email. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
Payment is due upon purchasing your Hello Green product or meal plan. If you are using a promotion or a discount code, please enter it at checkout to receive an immediate discount. Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order. Promotion or discount codes may be used on already discounted programs, however we reserve the right to cease this practice at any time without notice and we reserve the right to create, amend, and enforce said terms, conditions, and restrictions. We keep all payment information encrypted and confidential on all our platforms, and access to confidential information is restricted as it is stored on our third party payment processing partner secure servers.
When you register or purchase a meal pack or subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Hello Green (Or out third party payment processor) is authorized to charge you for the total duration of your purchase or as long as your meal plan continues. The amount you are charged and the number of meals you receive each day may vary depending on the plan, pack or preferences you select. Your meal program subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop proving access to the Site or products in accordance with these terms. You may skip your delivery and reschedule it by contacting us through email or telephone, no less than 12 hours in advance. Compensation for meal pack and subscription products that are rescheduled is carried over. Compensation for cancellations is not available, unless explicitly mandated by our customer service team through a formal request, which will only be accepted under certain circumstances. Meal packs are a commitment from the user, and require more than usual effort with preparation, management and delivery. Orders can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to 12 hours prior to the start of your program.
Refunds will not be issued for delays that are the result of factors outside Hello Green’s control, including but not limited to weather and traffic. If for any reason have we have to cancel your delivery, you will be notified by email or phone call, and the number of meals canceled will be automatically added to the end of your program. If this does not suit your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to find a better arrangement.
Because everything is specially made to order, we require at least 12-hours notice prior to your scheduled delivery time for any changes to be made to an ongoing meal plan, including but not limited to paused delivery, delivery address changes, allergy changes, and delivery window changes.

We currently deliver in Mumbai only. We will be expanding our delivery area and notifying our users through external communication and update of our website. We ask that you leave detailed delivery instructions in the special instructions box in your checkout. For example:
Where should we leave your order if not available. Is yours a residence or commercial building, and requires certain permissions for our delivery agent. Information that is relevant to finding or locating your address, or any specific instructions for delivery.
We will notify you via email of our should there be a change in delivery schedule due to holidays or logistic limitations. Our meal programs are scheduled according to availability of delivery slots. We cannot guarantee that a certain slot is available to start the meal program as spots fill up quickly.
Hello Green is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. All Hello Green meals are to be kept refrigerated until consumed and freshness cannot be not guaranteed past the day upon receipt. It is up to the client to maintain freshness once received. We will do our best to deliver your meals to you in accordance with your specifications. However, if you are not home to receive the order or there is no safe place to leave it, we will bring your bag back to our kitchen. We do not re-deliver. Once the delivery has been made based on your specifications, we are no longer responsible for any damage or delay on part of other persons, circumstances, or for the security of its contents. If you think the contents have been tampered with, please let us know as soon as possible so we can find a more suitable arrangement for the next delivery. If you are not home in your given delivery window to receive your delivery, our team will first try to contact you, post which we will leave your order according to your delivery instructions or in the safest available spot. Hello Green is not responsible for replacing meal plan deliveries once delivered, in the event that you are not home and the delivery is taken.
We are not responsible for deliveries made by our third party delivery partners, and all orders facilitated, accepted or placed through them are covered by their respective terms and conditions.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as prepared food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards, Downloadable software products, and Promotional Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your item must be returned to Revolutionary Fitness Private Limited on the specified address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our amazing delivery team does their best to get your food to you on time so you may enjoy it at its freshest. Still, they run into delays due to weather, traffic and other factors that are outside of their control. We cannot guarantee delivery within your selected time slot. As soon as we receive notice that of a delay, we will reach out to you to give you a chance to re-route to a different address or slot to better suit your schedule. In instances of inclement weather, we hold the right to cancel our deliveries in order to avoid putting our delivery teams at risk. In such a case, we will notify you as early as possible and your meal plan will be automatically extended by the number of days cancelled, or you will be given the opportunity to accept your delivery at a later time or receive a refund for non meal plan orders. If this does not suit your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to find a better arrangement.
As both traffic and weather are outside of Hello Green’s normal control, cash refunds cannot be issued for affected orders.
